Update on Recent Suspicious Incidents (Endon and Stockton Brook)

There’s been an update on the recent stuff that’s been going on, so I thought I’d post it up here so you can all see:

“There are three incidents that our investigation is focussing on:The first incident involved a seventeen year old girl who was walking near to The Plough public house at around 5pm on Thursday 17 February. She saw a silver Vauxhall Astra driven by a man in his early 30s, chubby build with a shaven bald head wearing a navy blue polo shirt with a light blue hoop across the chest. This man stopped his car and invited her to get in. The girl refused stating she didn’t know him and before driving off he stated he had mistaken her for someone else.”

“The second incident involved two children, both under ten years old playing in their front garden in Stockton Brook on Friday 1st April at 7pm. A dark grey Ford Galaxy with an 07 registration plate driven by a man in his 30’s and of stocky build, and woman passenger also in her 30’s and of slim build stopped near to them and waited for a while. Whilst remaining in the car the female passenger held out a small bag and beckoned the children over. Both children immediately ran inside the house to their mother. The car left the area.”

“The most recent incident involves a fourteen year old local girl who was walking near to Tinsters Wood, in Stockton Brook on Sunday 3rd April ’11 at 3pm. A man driving a small old silver car stopped and abusively instructed her to get into the car. The girl ran off and the man left the area. This man is described as 6’ tall, large build and was wearing some form of hat that was pulled down over his face.”
